MTI offers you the option to customize any of our programs to fit your needs. We will customize our programs to fit your specific context. We offer all of our programs as part of Eckerd College’s Division of Executive and Professional Development.
Companies, government agencies, and non-profit organizations may request a detailed proposal from MTI to bring our conflict resolution programs in house. We can also customize the materials from these programs and adjust the program content to meet the specific needs of your organization.

Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP) Certification
The Conflict Dynamics Profile ® (CDP), an assessment instrument dealing with conflict behaviors in the workplace, provides a powerful way to improve awareness of what triggers conflict in individuals as well as how they respond to that conflict.
Workplace Conflict Resolution for Individuals
MTI is the global leader in training individuals in the two core competencies for managing workplace conflict (Third-Party Resolution and Successful Conflict Conversations) for managers and professionals. Seminars are typically delivered in one- or two-day formats.
Certified Workplace Trainer (CT)
