Conflict Dynamics Profile Certification (CDP)
1-Day Program
Through this program, participants become certified to administer the Conflict Dynamics Profile.



CDP open-enrollment certification programs qualify for HRCI, SHRM and ICF credits.*
Workplace Conflict Resolution and Mediation Programs
Certified Workplace Trainer (CT)
3-Day Program
This program teaches participants how to deliver the workplace conflict mediation training programs in their organizations.
Certified Workplace Mediator and Trainer (CMT)
5-Day Program
The CMT certification course trains participants as certified workplace mediators and trainers.
Certified Workplace Trainer (CT Recertification)
3-Day Program
Those who were previously Certified or attended a presentation of the Workplace Conflict Resolution program (all three modules) conducted by an MTI Certified Trainer can renew their certification.


Workplace Conflict Resolution and Mediation open-enrollment programs qualify for HRCI and SHRM credits.*
Resolving Workplace Conflict (RWC)
3-Day Program
This train-the-trainer course allows participants to learn how to teach effective conflict and mediation strategies in their workplace.

The RWC program qualifies for SHRM recertification credits.
Mastering Conflict Dynamics (MCD)
3-Day Program
Hosted and managed by Eckerd College’s Leadership Development Institute (LDI), the MCD program gives participants an increased awareness of the root causes of conflict and helps them acquire new skills for effectively assessing and resolving conflict.

The MCD program qualifies for SHRM rectification credits.
