Registration: $800*
*Due to increased shipping costs abroad, registrants outside the continental U.S. will incur an additional $100 fee to be invoiced upon receipt of registration.
To satisfy training requirements for this mastery course, you must attend both session #1 and #2.
Who Should Attend
This program is designed as a comprehensive refresher for participants previously certified by MTI as a Certified Trainer (CT) or Certified Mediator and Trainer (CMT).

At the successful completion of this course, participants are recognized as:
- Certified Trainer of Conflict Resolution (Train-the-Trainer)
- Certified Practitioner for the Conflict Dynamics Profile-Individual (CDP-I)
- Certified MTI Workplace Mediator
- IMI Qualified Mediator through the International Mediation Institute (IMI)
Virtual Program Attendance and Technical Requirements
In addition to the attendance requirements noted above, all participants must have access to a monitor (to follow along with the training presentation), a working webcam, speaker and microphone to effectively participate in each session. Connecting via phone can also be used for audio if necessary.
