Lynn Litow Flayhart

Lynn Litow Flayhart is a leadership and organizational development consultant with over 35 years experience. She specializes in executive coaching; leadership assessment for selection, development and succession planning; organizational assessment and development; culture assessment and change management; team building; strategic and business planning; facilitation; and, mediation.

As a former practitioner in counseling and psychotherapy and founder and leader of a successful consulting firm, Lynn uses her extensive background and expertise to enable her clients to clearly identify their challenges and develop sustainable strategies to grow and achieve their goals. With an emphasis on transferring knowledge, she works with her clients to enhance their emotional intelligence, develop greater self-awareness and strategic perspective, and acquire the necessary skills to independently succeed in their chosen career paths.

Lynn holds a Masters degree in Counseling from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the Executive Program of Loyola University of Maryland. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a designation earned from the International Coaching Federation, and a Mediator, certified by the Mediation Training Institute at Eckerd College. She is an adjunct faculty member of the Center for Creative Leadership and an Executive/feedback coach at the Leadership Development Institute at Eckerd College.
