Enhanced CDP Sample Reports

The updated CDP reports use modern color-coded designs with improved formatting, making it easier for participants to understand and interpret key insights.

The CDP-I report contains graphs measuring constructive behaviors, destructive behaviors and hot buttons. It is accompanied by a 40-page Development Guide which gives suggestions for improving behaviors and cooling hot buttons.

The CDP-360 report is much more comprehensive. In addition to containing graphs measuring constructive behaviors, destructive behaviors and hot buttons, it also includes narrative comments from other raters, measures the organizational importance of various conflict behaviors and indicates how the individual is viewed during different stages of conflict.

The CDP-Group report is based on participants’ CDP-Individual (CDP-I) assessments. It enhances self-awareness and team awareness by examining both individual and collective conflict behaviors. The report helps facilitate productive dialogue and fosters trust within the team.
