Please Note: Participation requires certification and familiarity with the CDP-I and CDP-Group Report. While this workshop provides the framework for group facilitation, previous experience delivering training to others is not a prerequisite.

Mary Lou O’Kennedy is a founding director of OAK Conflict Dynamics and a Principal Trainer with the Leadership Development Institute (LDI) at Eckerd College, serving as a lead facilitator for the Certified Workplace Meditator and Trainer (CMT) program.

With over 16 years of experience, Mary Lou specializes in applying the CDP within global companies and public organizations, delivering high-impact conflict competence to senior management across Europe’s healthcare systems and multinational teams. Through her work with LDI at Eckerd College and the CINERGY Group, she bridges the gap between individual coaching and scalable organizational transformation.
