Organization Development Consultants
More than any other consulting specialty, OD consultants face the challenge of dealing with issues of conflict and its management professionally and competently. Whether you are an internal or an external, your knowledge and skills in handling potentially disruptive and costly* conflict situations effectively are vital to the success of your interventions.
The Train-the-Professional (Track 3) option is ideally suited to OD consultants. You will receive a Coaching Video that actually demonstrates how to perform the core competencies for managing workplace conflict — an invaluable aid for coaching and skill-development sessions, whether one-on-one or in groups. You will also have access to these powerful and flexible organizational assessment instruments.
OD consultants who are also trainers may consider becoming a Certified Trainer of Managing Workplace Conflict by registering for the Train-the-Trainer (Track 1) option. You'll still receive the Coaching Video and all the other resources received by registering for Track 3.
Approved by HRCI Attendees who are PHR- or SPHR-qualified by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) may receive credit hours for recertification. You will receive a certificate upon completion of the Conference that documents your attendance and the number of contact hours.
