Roy Cheng

Roy Cheng has been a certified trainer with the Mediation Training Institute since 2004. He is the director of ISE Consultants Ltd. He is an Adjunct Professor of HKU SPACE (The University of Hong Kong, School of Professional And Continuing Education), and a conflict management coach. He holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution.

Since Roy started the 40-hour Accredited Mediator Training Program in 2010, he has trained more than 70 courses with over 2,000 participants, setting a record for the highest number of individual trainers. He is an Accredited Assessor and Accredited Trainer of Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Ltd (HKMAAL) which is a premier mediation accreditation body in Hong Kong. 

As a conflict resolution practitioner, Roy was the first mediator to resolve two public disputes in Hong Kong, the Albert House Case in 2005 and the Dickson Construction Case. Prior to commencing his dispute resolution practice, he has extensive commercial experiences in a wide range of industries including banking, real estate, investment, jewelry trading and information technology.
