Virtual Certified Mediator (VCM) Program
March 23 – 24, 2021

The Virtual Certified Mediator (VCM) program is an interactive online curriculum that is the equivalent of the final two days of our in-person, 5-day Certified Mediator & Trainer (CMT) in Workplace Conflict Resolution Program.

This live, interactive 2-day program provides techniques to mediate virtually as well as face-to-face. Participants learn the skills and techniques required to resolve more entrenched workplace conflicts between individuals before they escalate.
