What is a FORUM?   A safe place in cyberspace for providers and consumers of mediation and conflict resolution services to discuss real disputes and how to resolve them. "Consumers" (i.e., the general public) may participate anonymously. Providers may identify themselves if they wish. Forums are facilitated by Certified Trainers of Workplace Mediation, and are attended by Certified Mediators and other experts in conflict resolution.
