In cooperation with the Leadership Development Institute of Eckerd College:

Leading Through Mediation
One-day public seminar or Customized in-house training
Eckerd College

MTI recommends this one-day open-enrollment opportunity (also available for in-house presentation) for executives and other leaders. The professional staff of the Leadership Development Institute have integrated selected content of the Manager-as-Mediator Seminar and the Self-as-Mediator Seminar with the Conflict Dynamics Profile to produce an excellent learning experience for organizational leaders at every level.

Participants complete the Dana Measure of Financial Cost of Organizational Conflict via a password-protected log-in, which provides an opportunity to assess the current hidden costs of unmanaged conflict in their organizations, and to compare their own findings with those of other participants. Public access is available via the Conflict Management Toolbox.
