MTI recommends this one-day open-enrollment opportunity (also available for in-house presentation) for executives and other leaders. The professional staff of the Leadership Development Institute have integrated selected content of the Manager-as-Mediator Seminar and the Self-as-Mediator Seminar with the Conflict Dynamics Profile to produce an excellent learning experience for organizational leaders at every level.
Participants complete the Dana Measure of Financial Cost of Organizational Conflict via a password-protected log-in, which provides an opportunity to assess the current hidden costs of unmanaged conflict in their organizations, and to compare their own findings with those of other participants. Public access is available via the Conflict Management Toolbox.

Overview
Leading Through Mediation is a unique one-day training program
designed to teach participants practical, realistic techniques
for managing workplace conflict. Underlying the poor
performance of others, managers often discover examples of
inadequate communication fueled by strained interpersonal
relationships. The leadership strategies outlined in this seminar
enable managers to mediate differences confidently and efficiently
in order to increase organizational productivity.
