In the spirit collaboration inherent to mediation, MTI proposes reciprocal links with related websites. Search engines use the number and quality of incoming links as a significant factor in determining search results. Our site currently receives over 9000 page views per day, and is the #1 search result for "mediation training" on every major search engine, including Yahoo and Google — click those links to see for yourself.

Here's how:

1. Be sure that your site is appropriate for MTI to list by reviewing the categories of related links.
   
   
2. Put a link to MTI's URL ( http://www.mediationworks.com/index.html ) in an appropriate location on your webpage.
   
   
   • Name it:   Mediation Training Institute International.
     
     
   • If possible, add this description:   Resources for managing conflict in the workplace.
     
     
   • You may also use the MTI logo if you wish — not required.
     
     
   • Test your link to www.mediationworks.com to make sure it works.
     
     
3. Send an e-mail to MTI with your URL, site name, and up to ten words of description about your services. Indicate subject as "reciprocal link". Suggest the appropriate category for your link.
   
   
4. Your website will normally be added here within one week, although our webmaster is sometimes away for up to two weeks at a time. So check back in a week or so to make sure your site is listed.
   

If for any reason we determine that your site is an inappropriate link, we will promptly notify you so that you may remove your link to MTI if you wish.
