Depending on his availability and travel schedule, some scheduled Certification Conferences and Mediator Certification Courses, as well as in-house multi-day trainings, may include a modified live webinar and question-and-answer session with "Conflict Doctor" Dan Dana.
Having founded MTI in 1985, Dr. Dana is recognized worldwide as one of a small handful of true pioneers in the field of conflict management and mediation. He is credited as the originator of Managerial Mediation (1979) and is the author of MTI's course materials. See full bio.
His participation in select training events consists of live presentation of the webinar titled Strategic Management of Organizational Conflict followed by a question-and-answer period in which participants may discuss any aspect of the course they are currently attending. Participants receive all learning and application support materials normally associated with the webinar.
Certification Conference instructors and other MTI Certified Trainers who serve as on-site presenters are fully capable of delivering the content of this webinar when Dr. Dana is unavailable.
