Cynthia holds a B.S. and an M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio, and is currently working toward her Ph.D. in Leadership and Change through Antioch University, Yellow Springs, Ohio. In addition to her Mediation Training Institute certification, Cynthia holds professional certifications from: Zenger-Miller/Achieve Global; DDI; Put-it-in-Writing; and Principles of Banking. She is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
