Guy Harris trains, coaches, and consults on a range of business relationship issues. He specializes in resolving conflict in a team environment, leadership development, team dynamics, and communications topics. He has worked with: construction companies, public utilities, large manufacturing plants, universities, schools, churches, non-profit organizations, financial services companies, medical facilities, law enforcement agencies, and leadership academies. Much of his work involves custom design of training to fit specific organizational needs.

As a former US Navy Submarine Nuclear Engineering Officer and as a leader in both a Fortune 50 company and a smaller entrepreneurial business; he draws on over 20 years of combined professional and military experience to help business owners, leaders, and team members improve both personal and business performance. He has the ability and the experience to both assess and address organizational and interpersonal performance issues through training, consulting, coaching, and meeting facilitation.

Guy owns his own business, Principle Driven Consulting. He also works extensively with The Kevin Eikenberry Group, a learning and development company based in Indianapolis, Indiana; and he serves as the Training Director and as a Master Trainer for Personality Insights in Atlanta, Georgia. In addition to his qualification with the Mediation Training Institute, Guy holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Chemical Engineering and certification as a Human Behavior Specialist.

Working across the United States and Canada, he has helped thousands of people improve their ability to address and resolve conflicts, to communicate more effectively, and to lead their organizations in a more positive and productive fashion. His clients have reported that, after working with Guy, they experience reduced conflict and increased trust within their organizations.

Guy is the author of “The Coach: Conversations on Leadership” and “The Behavior Bucks System.” He is the co-author of “Sell Naked on the Phone” and the contributing editor to “Presenting With Style.”
