With a background in accounting and experience in sales and management, Adedeji Adesina is able to portray varying perspectives to issues which are potential sources of conflict in the workplace. This greatly enhances practicality and better understanding of the subject matter.
As president of MTI Nigeria, he facilitated and sponsored the inaugural certification conference conducted by Daniel Dana, PhD, President of MTI International, in Lagos 23-25 November 2005.
He has conducted several certification trainings bringing to bear his vast experience in human relationship management and excellent training abilities. He delivers the training with so much simplicity that 75% of trainees rate him ‘excellent', 15% very good and 10% good.
Due to his sound knowledge of the subject of workplace mediation, he is a columnist for the two most prominent business news dailies in Nigeria – Financial Standard and Businessday. His columns are published weekly and titled: ‘Conflicts and Mediation' and ‘Conflict Management' respectively.
Participants in workplace mediation seminars conducted by Deji have included Lawyers, senior HR managers, clergymen and senior bank officials –in the rank of general manager. Other trainees have also included organization's community leaders, HR professionals, supervisors, team leaders and workers in the religious sectors.
He has presented the workplace mediation training conference to organizations representing the banking, oil and gas, telecommunication and manufacturing sectors. Specifically, clients include First Bank of Nigeria Ltd, MTN Communications Nigeria Ltd, Parker Drilling Nig. Ltd, PZ Nigeria plc, and Turning Point Africa Ltd, Kenya . Others are The Central Bank of Nigeria , Excel Associates, Akaraiwe & Associates and The Fountain of Life Church.
