Individuals whose biodata pages in the Certified Trainer Directory include the designation "Master Trainer of Managing Workplace Conflict" have demonstrated an exceptional level of competency and experience as a Certified Trainer.

Master Trainers are qualified to certify internal HRD professionals as trainers of the Manager-as-Mediator Seminar and the Self-as-Mediator Seminar for in-house presentation in their employing organizations. See more information about in-house train-the-trainer options.
