Subject Matter Expert

Certified Trainers whose webpages include the Subject Matter Expert designation have achieved a minimum 90% score on the Managing Differences Learning Test (MDLT). The MDLT is a challenging examination based on Managing Differences, the sourcebook of the Manager-as-Mediator Seminar and the Self-as-Mediator Seminar.

All Certified Trainers are given the opportunity to earn this designation.

While all Certified Trainers listed in our directory are qualified to competently present our seminars, those with the Subject Matter Expert designation may be assumed to have an especially deep comprehension of the theory and concepts that support application of Managerial Mediation and Self Mediation in the workplace.
