Certification Courses in
Workplace Conflict Management and Mediation
In combination with the optional post-cruise three-day segment on MTI's nationwide calendar, a total of eight course options are available:
On the cruise:
Managerial Mediation (January 8 half-day plus January 11 half-day)
Certification for Professionals (all three half-days: January 8, 11, 12)
Trainer Certification (all three half-days: January 8, 11, 12)
Cruise (all three half-days) PLUS Course G at any post-cruise five-day course on MTI's nationwide calendar (the first two days may be attended again as a free refresher).

Full tuition credit for former MTI graduates
Advanced Certificate in Workplace Mediation for Current Mediators
