February 18, 2012: MTI's 2011 Mediation-at-Sea Cruise was yet another success enjoyed by all. The 10th annual cruise will depart Ft Lauderdale, Florida, January 6, 2013, for the Southern Caribbean with ports of call in Aruba and Curacao, returning January 13. Updated details will be posted on this website soon.
By popular demand, MTI's 9th Annual Mediation-at-Sea Cruise will return to the Western Hemisphere's favorite destination, the exotic Caribbean — our tradition continues!
The Western Caribbean offers extraordinary diving and snorkeling waters, Mayan ruins, and many more enriching on-shore experiences.
Our port of embarkation, New Orleans, is a destination in itself. MTI Group members are encouraged to spend an extra few days in the Big Easy to savor Cajun cuisine, enjoy live Dixieland Jazz, stroll the French Quarter ... so many adventures await in this truly unique city.
For the first time, we offer a scheduling innovation that allows MTI-ers who attend the on-board Certification Course in Managing Workplace Conflict (with Trainer Certification option) to complete the full 5-day Professional Workplace Mediator Certification Course in New Orleans November 14-16. Both the on-board course and the land-based portion will be personally conducted by Dan Dana, mediation pioneer and founder of MTI — this is one of only two public courses Dr Dana will deliver in the United States in 2011.
