Certification Conference in Managing Workplace Conflict

The on-board portion of the Certification Conference will be personally presented by "Conflict Doctor" Daniel Dana, founder of Mediation Training Institute International, originator of Managerial Mediation, author of source materials, and one of a handful of true pioneers in workplace mediation over the past 30 years.
Mediator Meetings
Arrangements are being made to hold discussions with mediator colleagues in Juneau, and perhaps also in Sitka and Victoria. The 2007 MTI cruise included a similar meeting with Bermudian mediators, which was of keen interest and mutual benefit — see photo. All who are registered with MTI may attend at no cost.
Free Workshops — Call for workshop presenters and authors
Everyone who books the cruise with MTI is automatically registered to attend your choice of one-hour workshops at no cost. Each registrant receives a name tag, which is your ticket for admission to all workshops.
