The Certification Conference associated with the 2010 Mediation-at-Sea cruise has been modified to minimize ship-board meeting time and maximize enjoyment of glacial and alpine views.

This innovation includes the following features:

Pre-work — Pre-cruise self-paced video-supported self-study of the informational content of the program by means of CD-based training, including three on-line quizzes. It is recommended that quizzes be retaken as necessary to achieve a 100% score on each prior to embarkation.

Ship-board summary — A two-hour shipboard content summary and skill-practice session led by Dr. Dan Dana to ensure full comprehension of key concepts and to provide experiential learning of workplace mediation tools.

Free attendance — Free registration at any land-based Certification Conference within one year following completion of the 2010 Mediation-at-Sea cruise. (View current conference calendar, which is continuously updated as new dates are added.)

Any of three conference registration options may be selected, tailored for managers, professionals, and trainers. Those who select the Train-the-Trainer (Track 1) option become members of MTI's global network of Certified Trainers.
