Below is a master list of all seven instructor-led Certification Courses in Workplace Conflict Management and Mediation offered for public registration and for in-house client-site delivery. Request a proposal and price quote for customized in-house training.
Every five-day open-enrollment event offers all seven courses (A through G) in "Russian nesting doll" fashion — view one-page illustration (PDF). That is, shorter courses are nested within the five-day Workplace Mediator Certification course (D). Maximum group size for days 3-5 is twelve.
Attendees may register for the course that best suits their professional goals. Course options are one, two, three, and five days in length.
Each registrant in every course receives free unlimited use of MTI's online assessment instruments, which measure the costs and forms of organizational conflict — a valuable resource for strategic conflict management and other organization development initiatives.

Certified Trainers receive $995 credit and Certified Managers/Professionals receive $695 credit toward the tuition cited for Course D. Important: Days 3-5 do NOT contain any review or refresher of the content of the Certification Course (days 1-2), so registrants in Course G are expected to be fully familiar with that information. To help prepare, registrants will receive a complimentary copy of the CD-based course for self-study, and are expected to complete it prior to attending. Alternatively, Course G registrants may attend the first two days as a refresher at no additional cost.
