Every five-day open-enrollment event offers all eight courses (A through H) in "Russian nesting doll" fashion — view one-page illustration (PDF). That is, shorter courses are nested within the five-day Workplace Mediator Certification course (D). Maximum group size for days 3-5 is twelve.

Attendees may register for the course that best suits their professional goals. Course options are one, two, three, and five days in length.
