Registrants of Track 1 (Train-the-Trainer), Track 2 (Train-the-Manager), and Track 3 (Train-the-Professional) receive the complete seminar video on compact disk (CD) configured to help coach their clients, employees, and others who have not yet attended a Certification Conference to use Managerial Mediation and Self Mediation to resolve specific conflicts.

The coaching video does not contain instructional content. Rather, it demonstrates how to perform each step of Managerial Mediation and Self Mediation. Consequently, the coaching video is of value when viewing it is accompanied by the coaching of an individual who has completed a Certification Conference. It is of limited value when viewed in the absence of a prepared coach who has learned the instructional content and who can therefore support the coachee's learning by describing what the mediators in the video are doing.
