Who should register for Track 2a
Technical, administrative, and other employees who do not directly supervise staff may prefer to attend only Day 1 of the Conference to learn Self Mediation, a core workplace competency. See the daily schedule for detailed content. This portion of the Conference is equivalent to the Self-as-Mediator Seminar: "How to Resolve Conflict with Others" — see one-page flyer (PDF).
