Certification Courses in Managing Workplace Conflict for Professionals and Managers, with Trainer Certification option

1. Applies also to MTI's On-line Training, which is equivalent to attending an instructor-led Certification Course.

2. Registrants receive a discount of $100 off the Train-the-Trainer registration option (Track 1) or $50 off the Train-the-Manager (Track 2) or Train-the Professional (Track 3) registration options.

3. Registrants must be employees of eligible organizations.

4. Payment of registration must be made by the agency or organization, not directly by the registrant.
