Discount for Federal Employees
Dana Mediation Institute, Inc., the parent company of MTI, has received a GSA award to provide ADR services for agencies of the United States government.
Although MTI's public Certification Conferences and Mediator Certification Courses in Workplace Mediation are not included in the GSA award, we offer a special Federal Employee Discount. Review the policies below regarding both training opportunities.

Certification Conferences
- Applies also to MTI's On-line Training, which is equivalent to attending an instructor-led Certification Conference.
- Registrants receive a discount of $100 off the Train-the-Trainer registration option (Track 1) or $50 off the Train-the-Manager (Track 2) or Train-the Professional (Track 3) registration options.
- Registrants must be employees of eligible organizations.
- Payment of registration must be made by the agency or organization, not directly by the registrant.
- Discount must be requested at the time of registration, and may not be applied for retroactively.
- The Federal Employee Discount may not be combined with any other discount.

Mediator Certification Courses
- Registrants receive a discount of $100 off the regular registration fee.
- Registrants must be employees of eligible organizations.
- Payment of registration must be made by the agency or organization, not directly by the registrant.
