Mediation Training Institute International donates a portion of funds received from registrations for Certification Conferences (and other offerings) to eligible organizations.

Eligibility

Non-profit organizations, membership associations, professional groups, charities, and other entities whose activities contribute to the effective management of differences between individuals, groups, organizations, social classes, ethnic groups, or nations are eligible. There are no geographical restrictions.

Procedure

1. Prospective recipients may apply or be nominated by sending the organization's name, website address, and representative's name and email address to mti@mediationworks.com.
   
   
2. Upon approval, a unique four-digit Certification Conference Affiliate (CCA) number will be assigned. The CCA# will be placed on a dedicated webpage on this site (see this sample webpage) and on a one-page reproducible PDF flyer announcing upcoming Conferences (ee this sample flyer. The flyer will be delivered to the recipient organization's designated represenatative by email.
   
   
3. Individuals who register for Conferences held in the United States (plus the Conference held aboard MTI's annual cruise), and who apply the CCA#, receive a $50 discount from the regular fee for Tracks 1, 2, or 3. See detail of these registration options.
   
   
4. Upon completion of each Conference, MTI sends a check for $50 times the number of registrants who applied the assigned CCA#. (A minimum of three qualifying registrants is required.) The check is made payable to the recipient organization and is delivered to the designated representative. For example, if ten individuals register using a CCA#, the recipient organization receives a check for $500 from MTI.
   
   
5. Copies of the flyer may be distributed to members and affiliates of the recipient organization as well as to non-affiliated persons. Members and supporters of the recipient organization may forward the flyer to others as desired. All registrations to which the recipient's assigned CCA# is applied increase the amount of the donation to the recipient.
   
   
6. A roster of all conference participants by name and CCA# will be provided upon request in order to verify accuracy of reporting.

Summary of amounts donated

• $50 for each registrant at an open-enrollment Certification Conference, Audioseminar, or Mediator Certification Course
• 10% of the purchase amount for web-based training
• 5% of service agreements for the MTI Training System, private Mediator Certification Courses, private audioseminars, and of services delivered by MTI Consulting Associates
