With over 20 years' experience as a private and corporate educator, Patsy is currently an in-house mediation trainer, consultant and coach in one of Florida's largest organizations.
She has more than 17 years' experience in healthcare, where she has combined her clinical, business and managerial expertise to provide leadership training in the areas of communication, conflict management/mediation, and performance improvement.
Her mission is to provide training for both individuals and organizations to improve their success through effective use of mediation and conflict prevention and resolution skills. Her excellent group facilitation skills create a learning environment that encourages a high level of engagement by participants while reinforcing the learning experience.
Patsy is a National Board Certified Counselor and a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She has a bachelor degree in sociology and a master degree in counseling psychology. She is certified to administer, deliver and interpret results of various behavioral assessment tools relating to conflict management.
