Lynda's extensive experience in public and private sector human resource development includes more than 3,500 hours of consulting interventions (including meditative interventions), instructional development and platform training. Lynda, a retired Full Colonel, is a 26-year veteran of the U.S. Army, where she attended the Army's Organizational Effectiveness School (the Army's equivalent of organization development) and its Equal Opportunity School. She has consulted at all organizational levels within government and private industry, ranging from strategic initiatives to production line problem solving, and has served as an Equal Opportunity/Equal Employment Opportunity case manager at the Federal level. In addition to working in the U.S., Lynda has provided services in Europe, the Middle East and Central America, where she addressed organizational and individual conflict arising from diversity issues related to gender, age and blended cultures. She is an ontologically trained coach, and is a qualified practitioner of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, the Strong Interest Inventory and the Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument.

Lynda's Federal client list (as prime or as sub) includes the Department of Defense, the Department of the Army, the Department of the Air Force, the National Academies of Science, the Department of State, the General Services Administration, and the Patent and Trademark Office. She has also provided services for IBM, 3M, the State of Texas, Visa, Citibank, the American Nurses Association, AOC Solutions, Deutche Bank, Social Consultants International, Mobile Video, Special Agents Mutual Benefits Association, NetCracker, INOVA Health Care System and Wesley Housing Development Corporation.
