Barbara Fenster is a private mediator of workplace disputes, and also serves on the 8th Judicial Court Annexed Mediation Program in Las Vegas and several other mediator panels.

A mediator for over a decade, Barbara has spent twenty of her thirty real estate years in some area of Professional Standards.

She teaches classes in mediation, ethics, professional standards, conflict management, as well as other accreditation classes. She is certified by the National Association of REALTORS as a mediation trainer.
