Stacy has over fifteen years' experience in mediating and negotiating complex business issues. She mediates, coaches, and trains clients to build organizational competency in managing and mitigating workplace conflicts.

Serving as an internal organization development professional for a Fortune 500 company, she has worked with business unit leaders and vice-presidents in human resources, manufacturing, and research and development.

Her clients have included healthcare, IT, banking, chemical, automotive and medical manufacturers, non-profits and green technology companies.

Stacy blends her expertise in organizational development, training, and mediation with her engaging style to build individual and enterprise capabilities.

She is a qualified mediator for the State of Minnesota. While serving as board chair for a mediation center in Michigan, she was a qualified Supreme Court mediator for the State of Michigan handling a diverse range of cases.

Stacy earned an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and a masters degree in organization development from Loyola University of Chicago. She is certified to use various psychological tools as needed in her client projects.
