Sally is a trainer and mediator with over 35 years' experience in public sector, corporate, education, and not-for-profit workplace environments. She started her consulting practice in 1989 to support state/local government, labor union, higher education, and health benefits management clients.

Sally's experience combines background in economics, strategic planning, training, labor, management, and labor/management. She was the first woman in management of the Civil Service Employees Associaion (NY State’s largest public employee union), serving as Director of Education and Training during the 1980's. The CSEA Local Government Executive Board recognized her for outstanding service. She continues to work with many state agencies and local government entities (counties, schools) on a variety of training programs and specialized projects, including mediation when needed to resolve workplace problems.

Sally is also a consultant to career and technical educational institutions, building collaboration between business, industry, postsecondary, and secondary academic communities. She faciliates collaborative curriculum design and instruction for secondary students, and often provides mediation to resolve issues of competing interests.

Sally also serves as a volunteer mediator for Mediation Matters, her local CDRD, providing small claims and community dispute resolution.
