Attend Ben's next Certification Conference in Texas.

Since 1985 Ben Adkins has presented more than 2,800 workshops, seminars, keynotes, training classes and management retreats throughout North America and in the UK.

As a trainer, Ben educates, entertains, and involves audiences while providing practical, step-by-step instruction in an environment where participants both laugh and learn. He assesses the organizational culture and assists in creating conflict free, high-performing workplaces.

Ben’s background includes executive management with a national distribution company and founding two successful businesses in Chicago and Dallas. In 1985 he co-founded Adkins & Associates to provide tools for increased effectiveness. His clients include Fortune 500 companies; small and medium size organizations; and city, state and federal government organizations.

Ben attended the University of Houston and the University of Texas where his undergraduate studies were in psychology and business. He served on the teaching staff of Texas Tech University Center for Professional Development, and as a workshop leader for Rockhurst University and Clemson University. Ben is currently an adjunct faculty member at the National College of District Attorneys and was awarded their prestigious Lecturer of Merit Certificate.

Ben is a professional member of the National Speakers Association, Texas Association of Mediators, and the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD). In 1990 he served on the board of ASTD in Tarrant County. He is the author of numerous training programs, articles and publications and has a popular weekly column in the Fort Worth Business Press.

A sampling of comments from clients:

“Over the last few years, Ben has facilitated team-building sessions for some of our ‘problem’ teams. The results were amazing. People who wouldn’t even look at each other before are now working together effectively.”
~ Federal Aviation Administration, M. Frances Leach, Ph.D., Manager Organizational Development

“I have had significant issues between two managers in one location. They continued to practice the things you taught them and eventually broke through their conflict. I am happy to say they are now working together instead of against one another.”
~ Applebee’s International, Mary Staffeld, Area Director

“Before you came to work with my senior management staff, their conflicts had become so ingrained and prevalent that everyone had given up on resolving the conflicts. I was impressed that you got them to work out their issues in such a short time. Now that you have trained all of the employees in our organization, I can truly say you have made a huge difference. Thank you.”
~ Pinal County Attorney's Office, Robert Carter Olson, County Attorney
