A sampling of comments from clients:
“Over the last few years, Ben has facilitated team-building sessions for some of our ‘problem’ teams. The results were amazing. People who wouldn’t even look at each other before are now working together effectively.”
~ Federal Aviation Administration, M. Frances Leach, Ph.D., Manager Organizational Development
“I have had significant issues between two managers in one location. They continued to practice the things you taught them and eventually broke through their conflict. I am happy to say they are now working together instead of against one another.”
~ Applebee’s International, Mary Staffeld, Area Director
“Before you came to work with my senior management staff, their conflicts had become so ingrained and prevalent that everyone had given up on resolving the conflicts. I was impressed that you got them to work out their issues in such a short time. Now that you have trained all of the employees in our organization, I can truly say you have made a huge difference. Thank you.”
