Late fee: A $50 surcharge is added for registrations received within seven days of the start of the course. Why?

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations will be refunded, less a $100 administration fee, until two weeks prior to program date. No refunds within two weeks of program date. Persons who cancel less than two weeks before program date may transfer their registration to a later program of the same title upon payment of a $100 rescheduling fee. Request for rescheduling must be received within 30 days following original program date.
