Credit for Past Attendance

Persons who have completed MTI's two-day open-enrollment Certification Course in Managing Workplace Conflict for Professionals, Managers, and Trainers (including its equivalent online certification) qualify for a tuition credit to attend the five-day Mediator Certification Course.

Note that the agenda and topic outline indicates that the Certification Course comprises the first two days of the five-day Mediator Course.

Credit:  Receive credit in the amount of the Certification Course's normal registration fee ($695 for Professionals, $995 for Certified Trainers) toward the normal registration fee of the Mediator Course. Since the maximum group size is twelve participants, registrations applying the Past Attendance Credit will be waitlisted until thirty days prior to the first day of the course, at which time confirmation will be made if seats are still available.

Important:  Persons who register under these tuition credit terms are expected to be fully and recently familiarized with the content of the two-day Certification Course, as there will be no refresher when advanced content is introduced on Day 3 of the Mediator Course. To help prepare, registrants will receive a complimentary copy of the CD-based course for self-study, and are expected to complete it prior to attending. Alternatively (and preferably), Course G registrants may attend the first two days as a refresher at no additional cost. If any questions, discuss with Registrar Karin Houck or Client Services Manager Liane Wright — see how to contact us.
