Valerie Howard Burke is an attorney in private practice in Kansas City, Missouri, working primarily in family and juvenile law. Gail has had an extensive career in human services. She worked as a Family Therapist for 15 years, with an emphasis on Family Mediation. She has 9 years experience as an HR Specialist in a Canadian Crown Corporation, and for the past 7 years has been associated with The Delfi Group, providing HR consulting, training and workplace mediation. A Social Work graduate from the University of Cape Town , Gail has trained in mediation through the University of Windsor , the Law Society of Upper Canada and MTI. Gail has provided mediation to government departments, small businesses, insurance companies and medical professionals. Gail's source of inspiration for mediation is Nelson Mandela, who chose “Peace and Reconciliation” not retribution.

Mr. Sandy has been a mediator since 1997. He has mediated for such organizations as the National Conflict Resolution Center, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, San Diego Superior Court, United States Navy, City of Oceanside, and the City of Del Mar. He has coached and taught mediators in introductory mediation techniques, and has mentored University of San Diego School of Law students at the San Diego Small Claims Court. Michael West
Michael West has eleven years of experience as a certified mediator and trainer in mediation and conflict resolution skills. He began his career as a mediator in the General District Court, Circuit Court Civil, Circuit Court Family and Juvenile Domestic Relations Court with the Commonwealth of Virginia. He has continued to expand his experience with a private practice in Vienna, Virginia, where he specializes in divorce mediation involving custody, visitation, parenting arrangements and property settlement issues. He also holds Mentor Statuswithin the Commonwealth of Virginia and provides coaching and mentoring to aspiring mediators. Michael has designed and presented training in mediation and conflict resolution skills to attorneys, therapists and the general public for Northern Virginia Mediation Service, George Mason University Dispute Resolution Program and other agencies within the federal sector.
In 1997, Michael began his employment as a Dispute Resolution Specialist with a federal agency where he mediates work place disputes such as EEO complaint, administrative grievances, negotiated grievances and multi-party disputes. In addition he serves as a facilitator and works with teams. He also provides leadership coaching to managers and employees in the federal sector.
