Dr Nancy Love brings twenty years' experience as an educator, school administrator, educational program designer, author, and mediator to her work with the Mediation Training Institute.

Nancy earned the PhD from the University of Calgary in Alberta, Canada. She received her formal training in mediation and negotiation through the Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society and is a court mediator with the Provincial Court Civil Division and with School Boards in Alberta.

Her professional practice involves serving as a workplace effectiveness consultant and an international trainer in workplace conflict management, mediation and leadership. She blends her academic knowledge with practical expertise developed from mediating disputes between employees and managers in oil and gas, education, and health care sectors in corporate, government, union, and non-union settings. Serving on the roster for the Provincial Court and Court of Queen's Bench in Alberta and Community Mediation Calgary, she resolves disputes ranging from wrongful dismissal, union grievances, claims of harassment, commercial and contract matters to conflicts between neighbors, co-workers, and upper management. Nancy has worked with many organizations to assist them with in-house mediation programs and policy development.

Her firm commitment to learning, light-heartedness, and inclusive approach blend to make Nancy's training both entertaining and educational.
