Melissa serves as the initial point of contact for people who contact MTI by email, and provides administrative support for MTI's global network of Certified Trainers and other staff.

Her creativity finds expression in design of MTI's program flyers, website graphics, and other artistic works. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City with a BA degree in studio art with emphasis on graphic design, and an MA in sociology.
