Preparing for class . . . Managing Organizational Conflict (MGT 740) University of Hartford Summer Term 2007 (June session)

I look forward to joining you this summer.

In preparation, I trust you have already visited the syllabus and the introductory page.

Also, complete two on-line instruments: The Dana Measure of Financial Cost of Organizational Conflict, and The Dana Survey of Conflict Management Strategies. Remember to record your individual results, which are private and will not be disclosed. I will report during our session the average of all students' results so that you may compare your individual results with the aggregate of all. You may find this comparision interesting.
