"Conflict Doctor" Dan Dana will present a workshop titled "How to Mediate Employee Conflict" on Friday, October 21, 2005, at the Olmsted Center of Drake University from 8:30am to 12:00noon. The workshop is adapted from the full-day seminar of the same title — see seminar details.

A book-signing and brief presentation will be held Thursday evening, October 20, at the Barnes & Noble Bookstore featuring Dr. Dana's books, Conflict Resolution and Managing Differences.

Each attendee is requested to complete the Dana Conflict Assessment Instruments prior to October 20. Instructions:

1. Go to the Client Log-in (a new browser window will open).

2. Access and complete the Dana Measure of Financial Cost of Organizational Conflict and the Dana Survey of Conflict Management Strategies via the links at the bottom of that page.
3. Record your individual results and bring them to the October 21 workshop. Aggregate results are automatically calculated. Your individual results and the group aggregates will be used for activities during the workshop
4. Send an email to interpret@mediationworks.com to receive an Interpretive Guide for the Dana Conflict Assessment Instruments, which will help you understand your individual results. You will receive a reply within 60 seconds.
